Slide over and socket support for TouchLua+

Both slide over support and socket support would make the app much better. It's kind of annoying being limited to offline things because socket support hasn't been added for the iPad version, and I'm not about to buy any in-apps for the iPhone version on my iPad, because it looks terrible on the big screen.
