You're writing out a periodic table of elements for a script:
local Periodic = { Symbol = { Number = Atomic_Number, Mass = Atomic_Mass, Name = Name_Of_Element } }

I think it's simpler to put it in a file then make a function that store then in a table. I've already done this before with the periodic table and it not so long to do.
You can write one element per line like this:
Symbol ; Name ; Atomic Mass ; X ; Y in the table ; Other stuff
H;Hydrogen;1.008;1;1 -- Hydrogen He;Helium;4.0026;18;1 -- Helium ...
