So it seems the draw library has a memory management issue. Every time I run the attached code it gives me a device memory warning after a few seconds.
I’ve had problems with this error message before, but that was in a more complicated piece of code and I thought I had somehow did something wrong with how I stored my variables even though all my variables looked to act perfectly normal and fine after testing. I posted about this problem years ago and it was never resolved.
The thing is, this code is literally not storing a single variable so its not some mistake with my variable management and it never has been.
Here’s the code:
function draw.rectt(x,y,w,h) for i = x,x+w do for j = y,y+h do draw.point(i,j,draw.black) end end end
draw.setscreen(1)
while true do draw.beginframe() draw.clear() draw.rectt(100,100,100,100) draw.fillrect(100,300,200,400,draw.black) draw.endframe() end
