I don't know if there's anything big under the hood, but I found a super-simple glitch:
1. Create a file, name it anything. 2. Get into the edit menu 3. Press search 4. Search for the file you created 5. Get into it, press delete 6. When it exits the file is still in the search menu, get into it 7. The file is now blank, attempt to run it and it says it don't exist

I am aware that it's been a while, but I found a similar bug.
1. Create a new file. 2. Get into edit. 3. Search for it. 4. Get into it. 5. Delete it. 6. Get out of search. 7. It's still in the list.
